You didn't make the wrong move.
But something inside you shifted when you left your old life behind.
You are no longer who you used to be.
And you haven't fully stabilized into who you are here yet.
You're functioning. You're capable. Your life abroad might even look beautiful from the outside.
But internally, there's a quiet disorientation.
You feel less anchored. Less certain. Less fully yourself.
Not broken. Not lost.
Just... in between identities.
Becoming Her Abroad exists to guide you through the transition with preciison, depth, and care.
This is where you rebuild emotional stability, embodied self-trust, and a grounded sense of who you are — so your life abroad finally feels like home inside yourself.
You do not need fixing.
You need integration.
When you move abroad, you don't just change locations.
You lose the mirrors that once reflected who you were.
Your language changes.
Your relationships change.
Your sense of competence shifts.
Your nervous system absorbs thousands of subtle adaptations.
Even when the move is right — your identity still recalibrates.
Most women try to think their way through this.
But identity is not rebuilt cognitively.
It is rebuilt emotionaly, neurologically, and somatically.
That is the work we do here.
This is identity reconstruction.
Inside Becoming Her Abroad, you are guided through a hybrid process that integrates:
You are supported by someone who understands this transition
from both lived experience and clinical expertise.
I am not only someone who has also built a life abroad.
I am a licensed clinical therapist who understands exactly how identity disruption, nervous system dysregulation, and emotional fragmentation occur — and how to safely guide you back to wholeness.
This combination allows you to move beyond intellectual insight and into embodied transformation.
The result is that you become fully anchored in who you are now.
Women who complete this work often experience:
Not who you used to be.
But who you were always becoming and meant to become.
This is a private, high-touch hybrid container designed for depth, safety, and individualized integration.
12 Weeks Total
You will receive:
Weekly Small Group sessions (90 minutes)
Intimate, therapist-led sessions with a maximum of 6 women.
This creates safety, depth, and powerful shared integration.
Three Private 1:1 Sessions (60 minutes each)
These sessions allow us to focus specifically on you, your patterns,
your nervous system, and your identity reconstruction process.
Ongoing WhatsApp Support
You are not left alone between sessions. You have access to direct
support and integration guidance throughout the container.
This structure allows you to experience both individualized clinical depth and the powerful normalization that comes from being in a carefully curated room of women experiencing similar identity expansion.
Most approaches focus on helping you adjust externally.
This work focuses on stabilizing you internally.
We do not bypass the emotional, psychological, or spirtual realities of identity transformation.
We work with them directly.
This allows change to occur at the root level — not just at the level of behavior or thought.
Self-aware women often struggle the most after moving abroad — not
because they are fragile, but because they are conscious.
You feel misalignment sooner.
You notice internal shifts more deeply.
You cannot pretend everything feels right when it doesn't.
This program honors that depth.
It meets you at the level you are actually operating.
Only 6 women are accepted per cohort.
This ensures:
This is not a high-volume program.
It is a carefully held psychological and emotional journey.

Hi! I'm Ariel. A licensed clinical therapist, expat, mother, and woman who has personally navigated the identity reconstruction that occurs when building a life abroad.
I understand both clinically and personally what happens when your external reality expands faster than your internal identity stabilizes.
My role is not to fix you. (because you are not broken)
My role is to guide you safely through identity integration so you can feel fully anchored and clear, and at home within yourself again.
This work is both clinical and deeply human.
It honors your psychology, your nervous system, and your intuition.
Because of the depth of this work, all participants are accepted through an application process.
This ensures the container remains safe, aligned, and supportive for every woman inside.
If accepted, you will receive a private invitation to join the upcoming cohort.
If you feel a quiet resonance reading this, trust that.
You do not need to force yourself to stay in an identity that no longer fits.
And you do not need to navigate this transition alone.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are becoming.
And this is the space where that process is supported with care,
clinical precision, and deep respect for who you are.
